Is it me? Or is this free service bull going too far?
Free service is NOT an argument for no communication.
When you buy something and delivery is not possible or delayed a compagny is obligated to inform you.
Canceled my vita in protest.
That ought to teach em, stop talking *****.
Not to say I'm not narked at the lack of communication on this.
I'm only missing demos though, thankfully I'm not one of those who has handed over money and now can't have their goods.
Still, if you are one of those, you now know what to do - cancel you Vita? lol No, I don't think so either.

The one thing i would like to point out to all those mouthing off is that this problem isn't the end of the world and I'm sure it is being dealt with, Last year when the network went down i fully supported Sony due to the fact that it could have happened to any company and if it wasn't for those who brought it down we wouldn't have had a problem so blame those who brought it down not those who worked hard to get it back up and running.
PSN is total free unless you choose to become a Plus member but then that is your choice and you don't need to subscribe so deal with it or don't subscribe, I have just renewed my Playstation Plus membership on Saturday not knowing the store was down but to be blunt crap happens and I'm sure they are working on it, Lets be honest any company who wasn't working on it would lose way too many customers whether the service is free or not and as we all know that's not good for business. I will support those however who complain of lack of information and being left in the dark, But then again if they tell us they are working on it what will they have to say every hour to keep us all informed "We are still working on it" that would just get annoying but if they were to update us every 6 to 12 hours and keep to that time line then we would have peace of mind that although I'm sure they are that their working on it that they are in fact still working on it.
So Sony proper updates regarding the situation when ever there are problems would go a long way to keeping people happy and stop all the forum rants. Also if people are not able to download items then why let customers spend money with you if at that time you are unable to provide the item or service people are spending hard earned money on, Would it be too hard to close the store as it is currently unusable and place a well informed polite notice of the problem and where to go to get further information on the matter ? Seems such a small effort and I'm sure would be a bigger gesture to do so, A little hint is doing this would show you care and that you are taking action and not leaving people at the store for half an hour thinking wth! Why won't it let me download.
So forum pals, patience is the key and constructive criticism not just rants with no direction is a much better way of dealing with these matters.
