Was it mentioned at any point what is the fate of Content we have Redeemed during this issue? I redeemed my Soul calibur V promotions and they do show up in my transaction list, but i dont know if this is enough for them to appear in the download list after this broblem is fixed and if they dont what then?

If they are in your transaction history they should be in your download list when this problem is fixed

If not then contact the developer and they should be able to issue you a new code

That's the question I really want answered. Sure other downloads will be fine, but redeemed codes I'm not sure of. Think I'll be beyond annoyed if I've lost my ff xiii-2 preorder code. I'm not sure if a developer would give a new code as its not their fault, it's Sonys fault at this stage. I'm just unsure and worried about this aspect.

I am getting quite annoyed at sony now because it seems to be one problem after another, but it no reason to just start getting angry at people and staff,hopefully sony will sort this out before the update,who knows sony might have been trying to sort something out for the new ps vita realease later this month.

but the only thing that is hindering me right now about this is that i just bought FF13 2 and got the pre order pack and limited edition where i can get the 2 new costumes and recruit omega but cant download it because of this . . . i want omega . . . i just reached the recruit location . . . . . . other than that it is not the end of the world right? superfastzombie dude?

Im with Glaive_101 on this, mainly since i have tried contacting namco in the past before, on a different matter but contact anyway and never got any replies. So if we really need to contact the developer of the game that will be a pain in the.... well you get the picture.

So i really hope my Soul Calibur V CE bonus and Dampierre will be in the list, or heads are gonna roll. And to make matters worse (for me) i tried calling my local support hotline, hosted by nordiskfilm in here and it just rings a few times and then cuts off the call.

Im so going to loose sleep over this. actually, have been for a few days now.

I have answers! There is a way you can access your transaction/download list: If you go to the Sony Entertainment Network site and sign in (with your psn account), then Account>Transaction list, and from there you can see all that you've bought (it is confirmed that all purchases during the PS store malfunction are valid, even if you havn't downloaded them; nothing has been lost!)

That's not an answer. Yea sure I can see my transaction list on my ps3, that's not my download list though. If it was a game I bought I wouldn't be worried, I know they show up and you can redownload to your lil hearts desire. This is to do with one time use codes for dlc. You can not use that code again (hence the one time use name) so as we entered our codes completely oblivious of all this trouble, we just got a blank screen. No download of our content. Will that show up in our download list I hope so but until I hear it from at least a mod on here I won't believe I haven't lost my code.

Ninja edit: we have no proof we didnt download our code content so where do we stand? Is that information stored somewhere? Can they tell if we have downloaded our content or not?
