I was trying to download the new syndicate demo and I came up against the PS Store error where it just shows you a blank screen and continue shopping as the result for clicking to download anything.  Its quite annoying because it has been going on for a few days now.

There are downloads coming up on Plus that are only available for 1 day or so and if this continues then I wont get them.

I too am a PLUS member and get the error code when trying to access my downloads.

The real disappointment is the lack of official statement from Sony. Would it be so hard to mention this on the EU PSN Blog? There's shedloads of bewildered people on there wanting to know what's going on, if others are affected etc. They shouldn't have to resort to forum-trawling.

You'd have thought Sony would learn to speak up after the hacking BS.

edit: @ previous poster - yes it's true, AFAIK all PLUS users have been locked out of downloading from Store for 3+ days.

This is a complete crap. No info, when I tried shop again 5 mins ago is NOW saying "the store is undergoing maintenance". Been trying to buy a game since Friday morning last week. I added funds to check if I can buy stuff other way...but no, bull*****. No prompt official info from Sony. Keeping this quiet as long as they can. It's a disappontment, my friend form Japan can't access her store on VIta too..Superb comms Sony you idiots..

In stead of getting the error message now when trying to open my download list i get the service is under maintenance
