I just became ps+ and now i cannot buy anything on the store *****

I've also just become a Playstation+ member and found myself unable to make any purchases or downloads from the store...

I'm not a PS+ member but i am having this problem, a couple days ago i re-downloaded some DLC from my downloaded list and yesterday i tried to buy something but says the Credit Card info was wrong, so i re-did the info then i get this 80023102 Error code when i try and buy it. Help?

I have the exact problem. No downloadlist and can't download anything.

I am getting this error when trying to directly buy Journey. I am also having an issue when trying to add funds to my account using my credit card. I am a PSN+ member. I can download free items fine and my download list is also coming up fine. To accompany this I am getting the NP-2244-2 error on my vita while trying to buy the song pack for Touch My Katamari

I purchased a game from a friends visa debit card on the 23rd, worked fine, yesterday, using GF's card as i don't have one that can be used online.

But it was coming up with updated details when changing billing info, but when paying it was saying invalid card details, I managed to fix that issue myself though, wasn't card details just a glitch.

Then it was saying, error 80023102, so I tried a couple of times, went through, but I needed $50 not $10.00, when I tried to add $40.00 worth of funds it came up with this error and has come up with that, but in transaction history it shows as "missed funds" or something, attempted to add funds via the account management area, add funds via cart and pay for it outright. But.... No dice

checked the T/S notes as the update from SFZ was close to the beginning of this month, nothing wrong with internet connection (don't need to check with ISP as i work for my ISP)

but if there is a work around i find or anything that helps i'll come back here to post it up...

I've been getting it still, I'm trying to get FF7&FF8 off the spring fever option and yet it keeps popping me up with that error or telling me "Funds could not be added"..
