Same things happened to me and my wife , both Plus Members . Sony know alright as ive phoned them twice today. 

  They said it was a prob caused/following yesterdays maintenance. I cant POST how I feel about it.

   Feels exactly as it did last April, and just like then, I was doing a Restore because everythings been a mess up since U/Date 4.00   ,   now I cant activate anything,   De Ja Vue  ? Anyone  ?

I sent a message on twitter to AskPlaystation about this and literally just got this reply

"The maintenance should now be completed. If you are still having an issue you can reach UK support here: help@uk.plystation.com "

The weird thing about this, is that I was still able to download that Access digital magazine thing ? Strange.

CopperSlip: Yes, a few pages back people told me about that. I can access the transaction list, but apparently many other people can't.

I can't access anything but the transaction list and some random pages of the PSN Store myself, even after that maintenance a few minutes ago.

I can live without downloads for a bit but sony's PR is terrible, doesnt take too much effort just to inform paying customers what the situation is, last post on this thread from SuperFastZombie (moderator) was almost 6hrs ago, Im pretty sure he isnt personally looking for bugs in the psn server so surely has time to post an update. This reminds me of psn last year, or even the Blackberry outage, people werent so annoyed at 'what' happened but more at the lack of interest/support shown by the company!
