Hi can you help?

I paid £15 for the Euro 12 for fifa 12 and now its diappeared and only the trial is there, I went to download it again and asks  me to pay full price again.  how do I get either my money back or the game which i already paid for.

I will check, but its very strange. I bought the game, downloaded it, played it fine, but then I updated and now its all disappeared.

Yes its in my list. but not sure if its the trial one or full game pack. it doesn't say trial but its only 100kb.

U need to download the trial first and then the unlock that is 100kb dl.

I'm not sure how you were able to play it SWANS and it disappear, but from the download list you have the Full Game Unlock which is 100+KB. You will need to download the Trial version as well to access all the additions.

Downloaded the trial a while back and then bought the full game, I played it for a while but since my last update last week it all disappeared but I could only play the trial,checked my download list and only the full game was on it.

So I downloaded trial again, and then fullgame, so on each I have the red square with playstation sign to show I've bought it and still it says at top of screen trial version. how do I get full version on my ingame, I can only chose Germany and Spain. Its a load of ****

It also says Purchase game at bottom of euro main menu with triangle button. So I press and up comes

ERROR blah blah blah,

so I've tried it again and all seems to be back to normal. I can now play as whoever I like
