error code 80028f22 games wont play

recently my ps3 (slim 320gb) has stopped  playing certain games and while loading others it says an error has occured during the start operation (80028f22). i was told that a new harddrive would solve this and i have put 1 in 2day but the problems still exists, can anyone help me?

It sounds like a fault with the Blu-Ray drive unless you changed the disk mid game?

 

This thread has some suggestions on how to proceed.
