getting error 20023201 or w/e and it tells me it wont add fund :(

i am trying to buy the new DLC for BF3 and i just can't get it to add funds! what is the problem?

The store is probably being clogged by the amount of people trying to buy premium/the map pack. I'd wait at least a few hours for it to ease off.
