hey everyone..

i have PS3 SLIM with hdmi cable on 32 LCD philips TV.
the games works great (uncharted 3 , God Of War 3 , Fifa Street 4 and more.. )
my friend gave me RDR (Red Dead Redemption) and GTA IV (Grand Theft Auto IV) and the graphic is rellay bad.
i know the graphic of both of the games should not be like that , both of the game the graphic is great...
i search in alot of sources about this issue and i saw this is very known issue for both of the games..
i read about alot of solutions if is mark in display setting only 720, Reset Settings on PS3 , Delete and reinstall the Game Unitily Date on XMB and alot more..
and nothing works..


what should i do to fix this issue?..

i play with the settings of the games (RDR and GTA IV) and now its looks better!

my question now if this is the graphic its should be? and i my expectations to such of this games was higher than what i thought.

now my question if the graphic suupose be like thats?

Try changing display settings in game there is one called something like cross filter reduction. 

Try that one and have a look at the contrast and brightness settings. Have a play about see if you can get the picture to your own preference.

maybe cant see from the picture what i talk about..
the graphic after i change the settings better but RDR and GTA IV graphic not supposed to be like that.
i checked at youtube,pictures,with alot diffrent things..
i have a question..
i have ps3 slim PAL and the games are NTCS maybe because thats? i know its a stupid question but i really dont know what to do with those games..

i don't know about rdr (don't have it) but gta4 graphics isn't anything close to uncharted and gow3 yes, it's as bad as on your screen picture (err... "foggy" and kind of low-res).

Hi Natcoo,

If the games are a different region (NTSC) then the format will be different to the PAL TV you are using and this could cause the image problems you are experiencing.

Can you get hold of a European (PAL) copy of the title to test on your console to see if there is a difference?

have someway to check it for sure?

well i try to compare with pictures from the game and still i dont know if is the same is hard to see..

i heard about gta iv and rdr they graphic resloution is 630 and no 1080 or 720 i heard is sub HD something like thats but i dont sure the graphic wrost so much..
