Hi guys,

This is been looked into.  It seems that the July content is not available for PS3 but COD seems to think so.

I will update you once I hear back.

Anyone who is getting the this can't be accessed on your account message - are you trying to download the DLC marked "Elite July Drops EN" or the dlc that just says "Elite July Drops"?

Hi guys,

This is still being looked into at the moment. It has been suggested by an affected user that attempting to redownload the map packs has worked with being able to play them.

Obviously this is not ideal, so as soon as further information is received we will let you know.

(Just to add, it doesnt appear to be on the in game store, but it is in the PlayStation store)

Go on to the store (from the XMB) search for elite july drops (using the search function in the top right corner of the store), select the Elite July Drops file that DOESN'T have the region at the end (EN, FR etc)*

Confirm the "purchase" and then (either from the store or the ingame store) download the Elite July Drops EN file(s) (Or what ever region you're from)

*doing this apparently will make the DLC show up in the in-game store
