i have problem

i bought prototype 2 now and i insert the reedem code it show me that its wrong  ...

how can i solve it ?

ok was it new? if its brand new then i suggest checking your download list if its pre owned then the code has probably been used bro

its new and never been opened before i bought it

no one used it before ..

and it's' not the first time that been shown ... when i was bought batman  arkham city it shows again

I'd suggest contacting Activision customer support for a new code.

Match the region code of the BD with the correct Region of  PSN ID Then  the code will likely work

US PSN ID for US BD 

UK PSN ID for UK BD

EU Prime PSN ID for EU BD

You pick up the box and read the version code on the side of the box they are normaly on the BD rim of text as well.

BL?? 0????

BC?? 0????

BLUS 0???? means you got a US BD

BLES 0???? means you got a EU BD

Use google to search for how to create account for different regions.
