Dear support @playstation.com,
I recently went on batman arkham on my playstation and everything seemed ok , all the trophies I had gained before(which were synched) were there but when I went on a challenge and got a 5x combo, it said I unlocked that trophy which I have already unlocked before and when I looked at the trophies, i only had 1% and I had about 85% before! Please help

Just sign in and re-sync.  Everything you had achieved before and synchronised will come back.

This normally happens if you have to reinstall the game data for whatever reason.
