A few months ago i posted in the network section on this forums about a problem where certain items only appeared in the store download list & the the ones that was not showing in there showed up under the download list under account management but now all item from the 10/2/2011 - 9-2-2012 are not showing they are completely gone what makes matters worst is the store download list states i have 1277 items but the download list under account management states i have 1279 items *****? i should have well over 2300 items in my download list but as you can see i don't,

what do i do? i have already contact tech support on the 1300 365 911 about the problem & all i got was what kind of items am i trying to download i keep on getting that & i keep on trying to explain that theres 1 years or more worth of items completely missing finally he was going to get someone to ring me back which they have not yet.

It's a problem that's been raised before, however if you are able to see the items in the transaction history, speak to Customer Support and see if they can readd the missing items based on your transaction history and details.

If the person you're speaking to isn't helpful, ask them to put you onto someone higher, or call again and speak to someone else.
