poor internet

i have a 4mbps internet but my PS3 unit only recived almost 1.2mbps which is i got a red signal when im playing mw3.........pls somebody help what to do

If you want the Full 4MB or closest to the 4MB connect the Playstation to the back of your modem using a Cat 5 (Ethernet) Cable.
