hi i am just wondering if someone can help.  My email address has died and it wont let me log -in  or reset it ,  so i opened a new email address i went  to change my ps3 account details but realised i had forgotten my password.  I can not reset my password as it sends the info to my email address which i can not get into, just wondering if i can do it all a different way as i dont want to loose my account  as its the same ive had since getting the ps3.      Hope someone can help it would be much appreciated

They are the only ones who can do anything.

You will have to pass security questions.

Now If you can't remember your password. Passing the security checks may all so be a problem.

So make sure you have your account details to hand.

The old Email Address.

DOB - If you faked it. Then I hope you can remember the fake date.

The Physical address you entered.

The credit/debit card details.

The Friends you had added on the Account 

Are common details the security questions are based on.
