having problems with my ps3 controller. Only ps button and analogue sticks are working????? tried resetting controller and system.

If the controller reset did not work and this is happening with all games then there may be a fault with the controller.

If it is the controller is the one that came with the console and is under a year old then you can get a replacement under warranty by contacting PlayStation Support

Alternatively you can contact your retailer for further assistance.

the same thing is happening with the controller that came with the console and 1 purchased seperately.
