I have just brought a psn code worth £50 and it saying it been redeemed when i haven't redeemed it ? please could u sort it out or else i am going to complain. I brought it from Gamestation and they gave me an email say to talk to you.

Check you have inputted the correct letters/numbers,

 

I bought one recently and got the error then realised I had inputted an 8 instead of a B,

On the receipts some of the numbers look very similar to letters.

 

might be worth a try
