purchased euro 2012 game and was given trial version instead

purchased and downloaded the euro 2012 game but recieved the trial version instead and was charged the £15.99

what can i do to get the full version that i paid for.

Go to the PlayStation Store again and check your Download List. There should be a 100kb unlock file in there titled "Euro 2012 Full game unlock" or similar. Installing that should unlock it for you. (You must also own Fifa 2012).
