unable to add funds to wallet?

on the 6-6-2012 i add $50 to my wallet no problem

 

i need to add another $30 so i can purchase the BF3 premiun pack

 

i called Playstation tech support & they told me to wait 48 hours

 

its now been 3 days and i am still unable to add funds to my wallet?

 

ive checked my credit card & i have sufficient funds so it make no sense at all why this is happening

 

i dont want to continuiously try as i know eventually it will block my account

 

some help on this would be appreciated
