Bought Rockstar pass for L.A. Noire - no DLC in-game

Hi
i Bought Rockstar pass but i didn't find any DLC in-game
i bought from Japan Store because my game region is 3 (BLAS-50342)
so what's the problem ?

That is the problem. DLC is locked to the region of your PSN account. So if your account is in region 4 then so is the DLC you purchased. It will only work with a region 4 disc.

 

Many of us have been stung with that one at some point.
