Same problem here, successfully purchased Final Fantasy VII but i cant download it, and the 80023102 error appears when i try to check my download history. Patiently waiting for a fix soon, meant to play FFVII for a while now.

Same here, I rented a movie and can't get it, also can't access the download list. Error code 80023102. I've only noticed this since 4/2/12.

Same. Purchased the Arkham City bundle pack and still can't download it.

Sony, this is not the correct way to make a profit so sort it out.

I live in the UK and have the same issue. We live in such a technical age is it not possible to have a clear message instead of some random code? If this is down to maintenance then why doesn't it just say that? Another question might be, "Why do maintenance at the weekend when more people are using the service?"  You don't get these issues so much with the 360.

Same here, can't access DLC list just get error message. It appears that "maintenance" on the 2-3 Feb is either not complete or broke something else..i.e DLC.

Once again we are getting the Sony customer service -  no service - no solution - NO ANSWER....a standard week at Sony then ..lol..My Xbox live has never let me down so come on Sony, if Microsoft can doit, surely you can. Get it sorted please and let your customers know whats going on.

I was lucky enough to download my ffxiii-2 pre order Dlc the morning I got it in the mail. From that afternoon onwards I have been getting the 80024102 error for everything i try to download. I can't even access the downloads list to confirm my purchases have worked or not. What the hell is going on?
