I have a complaint about the people at the support centre.

Why are you all so nice and helpful, haven't you guys and girls realised that calling a call centre should be frustrating and annoying, where we the customer should be put on hold for large periods of time, only to have some no nothing operator give us the run around and leave us with a feeling of having wasted my time, with no resolutions or answers.

I ring to make a complaint about a small matter and am straight away answered and then given a friendly persona from an imformed and helpful person. Makes it hard for me to get annoyed and want to yell at you guys/girls.

Anyway in short, this isn't only a suck up to the mods it's just my way of saying keep up the good work. It's not much but I believe good service deserves compliments.

I was looking forward to bringin out the move topic hammer out & consumer fair practices act waffle to the foreground... then I read it only to see a compliment... How could you do that...

Nah they do handle themselves quite well i must say. Especially given the big task of sorting out whos ps3 came in when for repairs and where it currently is, where so and sos disc that got jammed is. Cant imagine it being easy.

I've just recently (unfiortunately) needed to send my PS3 in for repair due to a fault and the technical service people were extremely friendly and helpful.

I will say that there was a bit of a mix up with my service booking apparently and I had to call back to again arrange the booking, but even then the staff were very apologetic for the mistake and resolve the issue very quickly.

So now my PS3 is off to them for repair.. lets hope they keep my experience as good as it has been and get my beloved PS3 back to me asap.

I agree as well. Sony PS customer service is very good. In the cases that I have dealt with them they have gone above and beyond!
