Help!! Urgent!!!

[ Edited ]

I was watching a DVD last night, decided I would stop that briefly to play Sonic the Hedgehog 4 Episode 1. But something went wrong. I pressed the circle button on the controller to back out of disc playback like I normally do. The dynamic wallpaper of the "Original" theme appeared. Unsure, I pressed buttons. When pressing the left/right directional arrows I heard the XMB navigation tones. Assuming I was on the XMB, I proceeded to push left until the sounds stopped. Assuming I was on the "Turn Off System" entry I pressed "X".

Next I ejected the DVD because nothing happened. I was returned to the XMB. The "Original" theme applied instead of the dynamic theme I had been using. I went to the entry for "Sonic the Hedgehog 4 Episode 1" during the movement through the XMB I discovered that the IPTV links for ABC and 7PLUS were gone.

I tried launching Sonic 4. I got a message saying the system was not activated. I tried a game without a bound owner, Critter Crunch. It reacted as though the save file was newly created. My progress was lost in an instant. I tried calling support. They Suggested:

Activate the System: Fail, Account Management says system is activated.

Restore Default Settings: Fail, No Effect

Remaining Issues:

Owner information deleted from purchased content.

Games no longer recognize own save files, create new ones overwriting existing saves.

Purchased themes appear as "Theme" (no preview) in list, can't be applied.

When I try launching owner-bound games or applying purchased themes, I get a "System not Activated" message.

What should I do?! I don't want to have to re-download anything over a glitch that shouldn't have existed in the first place.
