Hi all,

I've downloaded and installed the Tatooine level for Force Unleashed (original, not the Ultimate edition), plus update 2.0 but the level does not appear in the New Game menu screen. In fact, the New Game menu is the same as the Load Game screen, it just shows previous saves and empty slots. I can access the Tatooine costume under Costumes, but cannot access the actual level anywhere.

I've tried the delete / reinstall already in the following order but, still nothing:

delete game data

delete update data (2.0 patch and Tatooine are listed as one file in Game Data Utility)

reinstall game data

download and reinstall 2.0 patch

download and reinstall Tatooine level

Sony support cannot figure this out beyond advising delete and reinstall - which did nothing

Anybody else have this problem and/or a solution

BTW, I'm also running the latest PS3 firmware.

The first time I downloaded the Tatooine level the New Game menu showed "Tatooine" and "The Force Unleashed" as options (no empty slots or previous game saves). After quitting the game and changing users to play under another profile, both options had disappeared from the New Game menu and only the empty slots and previous saves appeared.

I have exactly the same problem but with the two other DLC levels as I do not have Tatooine yet. To say I'm annoyed would be an understatement, I payed £15 for these levels and I don't have much money! I am desperate to get it sorted out. I'm going to try and fix it with my dad later and I just hope that we can.

You've posted on the Australia/NewZealand forum but you have a Canadian flag as an avatar and you paid for the DLC in pounds.

Anyway, I suspect the game disc for Force Unleashed is not from the same region as your PSN account. Call Sony support to work it out.
