I have use a redeem code on my ps3 and it comes with error 80023102, i tryed to download a demo same error, e try to see my download list its empty, WHATS GOING ON????? REALLY IS ALWAYS PROBLEMS AFTER PROBLEMS SONY? Guess i lost my redeem code cuz when i try to put it again it says invalid, and thats how sony work, efficient and quick....

I've been told by Sony that it will be fixed shortly, and any downloads purchased will still be available.

same here! in england, its rainin and i cant download nightwing! another borin day thanks to the idiots at PSN! cant even go into download list for stuff ive already payed for! hmmmm, will be wantin my money back for all downloads if not fixed pronto! Typical corp' bull, where was the error warning when paying, only after paying and on trying to download you get told! Just as long as the payin bit works, eh sony! And for all you moron 360 owners who say, its a free service, what do you expect? 250 quid for ps3, 40 quid a game plus usually the same in downloads, 20 quid a month for internet, i'd say the 'free' service is pretty much payed for. Gates funding fukwits! get it sorted sony! ive payed near on 200 quid on DLCs and i want to access them whenever i want! rant over, sorry people but this really ***** me off!

I got in touch with them and they are aware of the fault and are working to resolve it although they couldn't say when that would be! Best hurry up I say!

Yeah, I´m from Norway and have the same problem with 80023102 error code. Bough FFXIII-2 Today and tried to use the redeem codes. No luck because of this! I´ve had the same problem since 02.02. Damn PSN sucks! And Sony has made no comment about this what so ever! F**** you Sony! I´m a PS(r)Plus user and paid for better costumer service then you show! PS3 + Sony has a BAD REPUTATION and it´s getting WORSE! Buuuuuuu!

Sony... Give their paying customers useful and vital info? Are you mad!? You forget the hack last year all too quickly, they took, in internet terms, eons to admit the hack even took place, and you expect them to come up with a comprehensive error message list that is useful and provides vital and informative info??? Ha! I will die a broken old man before that happens (and I'm only in my 20s)... Next generation I'm jumping ship to M$ after being loyal to Sony since the PS1, what do I have to show for all those years of loyalty? Fond memories, stolen account details and little else to be honest... Oh, I forgot, my rights as a consumer eroded also due to Sony's incompetence.

I posted a message here in the same thread 2 days ago because I have had the exact same problem as all the other users in this thread.

But today, after about 5 days of error code 80023102 the download suddenly works again for me, including a game I bought during the time of the error code, but could not download before now. I can also see and re-download all the other downloadable content (DLC) I have downloaded during the last couple of years from PlayStation Store.

So it certainly took a while, but at least it was fixed in the end. At least it was fixed for me.

But I still think that Sony could do a better job of proactively informing their customers of technical problems, instead of trying to keep the problems secret for other users --- which is the distinct impression I get as a user. As far as I know Sony has not publicly informed of this problem anywhere, and only after I was able to find a contact email address (which was in itself somewhat of a challenge) I was able to get a reply a couple of days ago saying that Sony was working to solve the problem.
