I have already bought all Gran Turismo 5 add on and Mass Effect 2 + add on and Extra mission for Deus-Ex Human Revolution.Also F1 2011 for PS Vita and I had no problem at all and I tried 25/05/2012 to download add on for LA NOIR and Gran Turismo for PS Vita.Until today the same problem!! ERROR 80023102!!!!!

This isn't something that can be fixed on a forum. You will have to call your nearest Sony support number (look in the inside back cover of any of your game manuals, or in your PS3 manual) and talk to them directly. There was maintenance performed on the network last Friday (AU/NZ time), and your error may be related to that. You will need to talk to Sony to find out.

I am still having this problem already formatted PS3 and keep getting error 80023102...Do u still have it too or just me?

The error code 80023102 is a code that can occur for a number of reasons but is often linked with issues updating billing info or adding funds.

The troubleshooting is to ensure that the billing address on your card matches the address linked to your SEN account.  You can also make no further attempts for 48 hours as to many attempts locks the system for that amount of time.

If after trying the above and you are still unable to add funds/update billing info then you will need to contact our Support Centre for further assistance.  They will be able to look at your account and find the reason for the error.

My ps store worked for 1 year with my visa card, BUT now last week i get this code 80023102... havnt changed any adresses or anything..

There is ONE place a credit card dosnt work on the internet, welcome to ps store.....

As one of the helpful moderaters has already pointed out, it is not something that can be fixed via the forum.  If your having troubles with your credit card there may be a reason that it is not going through.

You will need to contact the local support centre and actually have a chat to someone.

It's happening to me also all day I've been trying to add funds sony said it should be sorted shortly!
