Flower - the theme of renewing nature is reflected with ease and ambience in the game's presentation. From scenes of urban decay to flower pots sitting on a desk, Flower demonstrates how having a focused art design really pays off in the final product.

Uncharted 2, for having just that; stunning graphics all the way through.

uncharted, borderlands and Fat Princess were gorgeous, but my vote goes to the delicious hand drawn graphics of Critter Crunch.  2 guys did that whole game by hand, and they deserve the award.

The Saboteur: Moving around Paris in black and white was (is) certainly a highlight of my year. The graphics may not be able to compete with some of the powerhouse of the year, e.g. Uncharted 2, but it tried something different and pulled it off.
