Games would be nothing without the characters they're played with. Games characters offer immersion, allow players to indentify with the game and above all: add style.

The award for Best Game Character is for the gaming role which warmed your heart. This character will have made you laugh, cry and feel everything that character goes through in game. In short, the winner of this award is a virtual legend.

nathan drake, he's quite a believable character and his reaction to the circumstances he finds himself in is amusing and draws you further into the game, to see what's going to befall him and his cohorts around the next corner

He's one of gamings decent blokes, funny, likable but no a super-hero, just an average bloke.

Honourable mention to The Joker from Batman: Arkham Asylum, Mark Hamill's voice acting was superb.

I've got to go for the Joker from Arkham Asylum. As fantastic as some of the othrer characters are, none can compare to him. It was great to see the proper Joker return as well, as good a job as Heath Ledger did in the Dark Knight, for me Mark Hamill's Joker has always been better.
