Best Trophies

We have some pretty serious Trophy Hunters here at OPC and there's no denying that those virtual pieces of silverware (or metalware, if you're going to be picky) inspire us all to rank furiously. Er-hem...

The award for Best Trophies will go to the game which got the balance perfect: Plenty of trophies, reasonable difficulty and above all: provided inspiration to play the game longer than you normally would have.

Batman arkham asylum

Fallout 3 was my favourite in 2008, so I think Infamous gets it this year. I had a race with alot of PSN members to try and plat first. But I failed

Best trophies for me were the ones from Batman: Arkham Asylum. They weren't handed to you on a plate, but weren't massively hard either, had a good balance

Rock Band 2.

A good balance between simple progression ones, such as playing at all venues, and skill based achievement ones, hit 100% of notes on expert on guitar.

It also includes possibly the hardest trophy I've ever seen, The Bladder of Steel: Beat the endless setlist without pausing or failing a song, this takes about 6 hours of non stop playing.

Ratchet and Clank Future: A Crack in Time

You get quite a nice amount of trophies regularly, they aren't too easy but not too hard for newcomers either. Platinum might be a bit easy though.

my vote would go to burnout paradise,may not be the most popular game ever but the trophy system on that game was very fair

Disagree with me now... but Uncharted 2... it done what i want with trophies, maxed out single player, and just put two on multiplayer so you get to have a go at it

Assassin's Creed 2 - nothing too hard and didn't require you to do anything that was unneeded.
