I just checked it out and it's definitely valid. Are you sure you're entering it correctly?

Also - I notice your sig has a canadian flag and that the account you're using on the forum is different to the one you were using in Home.

The account I sent the code to is a UK account, make sure it's that account which you use to redeem the code
