Hey Vicki, what a great idea for meeting everyone from the forums, sounds like a lot of fun.  I would like to make a small suggestion.  In addition to rotating the space used for the event from week to week, it might be a good idea to also rotate the day of the week and\or time of the event as well to help accommodate all the different schedules and time zones of people that frequent the forums?  It might give those that can’t make the first event an opportunity make future ones.

Yep i am totally open to suggestions guys. After all this meet up is for the whole community so whatever works. Will see how tomorrow night goes then we can all think of something to make it work for everyone

Yeah definately rotate the day for future ones (weekends would be better for the majority I would think). Some "real life" stuff has come up for me and i've gotta go out this evening and I may not be able to attend this one now but I'll try and make it before 9pm cut off but its going to be tight for me.
