I just checked, if you go to the PSN store, then pick search, enter "Snake"you will find the free GI-Joe Snake Eyes costume there, the costume is in the store in 5 parts, Mask, Gloves, Torso, Pants, Shoes.

Remember the costume is in the PSN store, not the stores in Home.

And...


IT IS FREE!!!

Also if you use the word search, and enter the word "storm" you will find the Storm Shadow costume.

And totally unrelated, enter the word Duke and Baroness for the Duke and Baroness costumes.

They are all free, and they are all still available in the PSN store you only need tio use the search feature to find them.
