I think Lockwood is one of the developers who have given the most free items over time, so there is a pretty good chance that they will be giving this pet as a reward or freebie in their showcase space.

Lockwood are generous to their American customers (as proven by the content in the welcome back pack last may) , not so sure about them being the publisher that gives the most away in this region.  If this thing does cost nothing though the price will be an accurate description of its worth or should I say a description of its worthlessness.
