I don't know how many of you use this or whatever, but I wouldn't mind having this on the L1 presets.

Asia/Japan have it, it says "I'll be away from keyboard" or something.

yes yes and yes...oh did i say yes...you have no idea how many times i have thought or said that what would be great...imo...is the ability to self switch on the "back soon" emotion...then as soon as a button or control is pressed it clears...like normal...just it would stop someone coming up and trying to talk to a cold,lifeless,empty shell of an avatar...cos' most times i find i do the courtious thing...and go back to my appt when im taking a ciggie or pee break...as i dont want someone to think im being rude or ignoring them...lols

Is it so much work just to type "brb" or "wii break"?

Even with the virtual keypad that's no pain in the butt.

Yeah but there's a lot of people who speak English as their second language, and people have a habit of typing "brb", and the other person not knowing what it means.

I learned it "the hard way", to be honest.

As a German I never knew what "BRB" meant, so I missjudged it as "BURB" with a missing "U" the first time. Big laughter around and I was totally puzzled. But because of that I will never forget what "BRB" means.

A preset text would spoil this funny experience for many others, don't you think?

I would like a selectable BRB preset but it would need to be in really large capitals as no-one takes any notice of the "Is busy" or the ' In game symbol'. The amount of people who attempt convos while people are in this state is really funny.

Another method could be to use flashing words "On The Bog" would work for me.
