I can only hope. I found that the ps3 that sony sent me as a replacement wasn't new, it was a reconditioned one. So that one had problems that weren't fixed in the first place. the repacement can't have been that old because i bought my ps3 about a month after launch, it broke down after 5 months and then they sent me the repacement. So that could've only been 6 months old. So at the end of the day i pay top dollar for my console that breaks down under warranty and get sent a broken 2nd hand machine to replace it. I thought under consumer act i should've had a new repacement.

Off topic but I bought a brand new Samsung TV / monitor.  On unwrapping and testing it for the first time, it had what I and technical support suspected was a fault.  The people I bought the TV from said I need to deal with Samsung, and Samsung would only replace it with a reconditioned unit.  I hadn't even used the TV.

@ Psychopathio - I think what you have done is perfect, and how fast did you get that done?! lol!  Thank you.  By the way, it was just a suggestion.  I don't want you to feel like I'm giving out orders:smileyhappy:

It's not like an order, but was a good suggestion that I didn't pay attention to. I like for my work to be perfict & I dont like having flaws. Specially we are working together for a cause here & I will not stop till we get a decent reponce for SCEE.

We've been on this topic ranting & roaring for the past 4 weeks & still SCEE did not show a hint of concern!!!! If their not, I am concerned.

EA Space

Now theres plenty of threads about the EA area and it looks like its will be the first real meaningful addition to Home and will set the bench mark for further content. Red Bull after all the hype was laughable and to be frank embrassing. Infact the EA area even out shines anything so far done by the actual Home team with leaderboards and variety. Hopefully we may see some EA game launching.

We all know for certain that it will appear in the US but will Sony have the sense to do it for all regions at the same time. We all know EA don't mess about with multi platform, worldwide releases and I'm sure they have put the work in for this to happen, but will we see again the SCEE lets delay things again. SCEA will be pushing like crazy to get this up and running so lets hope that we do not go down that road again of region delays. If this happens SCEE will get so much flack not just from users but also from the media. Can you imagine the state of the forums if this goes belly up.

I would have never expected EA to have created something this good and could be the deal breaker for Home. Will it all end in tears.

P.S

I'm going too be putting some questions forward to the moderators to see if we can get some feedback seeing as we haven't had any or any further posts on this thread.

Some of my main questions are as following but please advise if you want anyrthing adding.

1. Will SCEE be making avalible a road map for up and coming month's Home content  releases.

2. Which developers are in the process of producing content to appear in Home in the next couple of month's.

3. What is the situation regarding game launching within Home.

     a) Is there a planned date for the feature to be up and running.

     b)What issues are there.

c)Which games will be supporting it.

4. Will SCEE be advising what the reasons are behind not just the disparity of Home releases but also store content. Will they in future advise EU users the reasons behind delays rather than just advised its been delayed.

5. Whats the future of the Lifestyle addition to the xmb.

6. Will there be better use and updates of  the Information board on the xmb.

7. What happen to the video clips for content releases in the store. Has this now been side lined.

     a) are SCEE looking to redesign their version of the store to the better US version.

8. Are SCEE looking at or addressing the EU requests for a official blog.

Also let see if we get a comment from Ted as below

We quite agree, Home needs more content and theres a lot coming but we're trying to avoid yanking your chains and exciting you over stuff that we cant commit to dates on yet. And obviously some things are secret by choice due to commercial reasons or simply to improve the impact when they arrive.

However, please understand we know you want more to do and more is coming. The recent insights into the remarkable EA Sports complex should show you that things are moving along behind the scenes but I appreciate you'd like some specific commitments but I cant give those you yet.

Thanks for the post Ted good to here from you, but there are still server issues.

I know people want more content and rightly so but when will we get a comment / feedback about game launching, without this Home isn't what it was promised to be.

we can't even get a commitment about the game spaces the us has had since last year?

something like "next week" or "in two weeks time"

what is the issue with those spaces coming to europe?

or should i say coming back as they were here in the closed beta i heard but then they were taken away.

Perhaps, they simply are not coming to Europe? Sony are hardly gonna make any money from these gamespaces and with Uncharted II around the corner maybe they decided not to bother with the bandwidth?

At least, that is what I think.
