Not welcome in the casino? How will you enforce a not welcome policy? Bans wont work as the cheats will just make a new account. You should be investigating what exploits are being used and working on blocking them so legit players dont suffer. Thanks for at least responding on here to concerns raised by the community though and acknowledging there is a problem.

That is a great find Vicki. Not only does it show the people cheating using the exploit that I'm aware of but it catches some of those who are currently on the leaderboards. Vaitiarefm is currently top of the poker leaderboard but it clearly seen in the vid, also Yucana too, as I said most I've never seen before as they are in private servers cheating/glitching/hacking away & no suprise to see they're all spanish aswell.

As stated earlier in the thread. Anyone using this poker cheat will have their earnings and chips reset to zero this week. The usernames have all been logged and are in violation of the terms of service. These users will certainly not be rewarded any end of season prizes and we know exactly who has been involved.

Are measures being taking to fix this "cheat" though so people cant just do it again on another ID?

The current exploit has been patched, and if your account has been used to gain chips via an exploit in Casino Poker your holdings have been reduced to your initial chip purchases and your earnings have been reset to zero.
