Got a response from the Home Dev team in regards to the D5201 Error codes (and other numbers).
"Hello, we are currently investigating the D5021 errors as our highest priority.
We have been scheduling server restarts regularly in order to alleviate and investigate the issues that users have been experiencing.
We will provide an update to users as soon as we have more information."
