Every day people are crashing in the Vip area, and you never really know when you sit down for a game there if you will crash or not. This has been going on for a while now, and what I would like to hear from DL is first: when are you fixing this? And second, what compensation will you give to us that has lost markers we bought?

Because as it is now is not tolerabel, I think there is one poker table that can be played on tonight for example.

Just a quick question. Is the game actually crashing? This means that the game will not deal out cards and the game is frozen. OR are you disconnecting from playstation home? So for eaxample you are playing and then you are greeted by the playstation home screen with some error code.

Lost chips can be redeemed by e-mailing us at techsupport@digitalleisure.com. The best practice is to make a log of lost chips during the week and then e-mailing us once a week.

The game stops dealing out cards, everything freezes and then crash. Happens to people everyday, and why not give people a general compensation? Doubt there are that many who takes time to send a mail to you when they crash.

From how you are describing the situation, it sounds more like a disconnection from your PS3 to PlayStation Home, than a crash within the mini-game. Unfortunately this is out of our control.

So you mean that several people not connected to each other in any way more then the fact that they play in the vip area have exactly same problem? I find that very untrue. It has happen several times that 1 or more tables can't be used because of the mentioned problem. So I sincereley doubt that the problem is with the users.

And about compensation that you didn't reply this time. The people visiting the Vip area are to 99% the same every evening, and each one of us has crashed. So it can't be that hard can it to give some compensation to them? Right? Right.

Sorry, you did not mention that the tables were unusable before. We can certainly look into it. Are there any reproducable steps that you have noticed so that we can fix whatever is causing the problem? Or a video would help us out a lot.

Interms of your compensation suggestion, the only way one can be compensated for their lost chips is to contact us. This is because in PlayStation Home terms there is no difference between someone crashing, someone disconnecting, and someone just leaving the game. With these three states being the same on the backend you can see that someone could easily manipulate the system to cheat. For example, if they were losing they could just diconnect or leave the game and get their chips back.

We are currently looking into a way to work around this, but as of right now we are more than happy to refund chips to those who take the short amount of time it takes to contact us.

Wow. Way to go s9358. Firstly, don't talk about compensation on your first post. Secondly, DL are the most helpful devs in Home right now so I think your tone is a little harsh. Thirdly, if you're having problems with a space (particularly loosing money) then STOP GOING THERE UNTIL IT'S FIXED!

You've shot yourself in the foot with this one s, you've now become a prime example on how NOT to talk to a developer if you want something done in your favour.

I'm sorry I don't have any video of the crashes. The crashes can happen anytime of the day, and you should be able to see that in your logs.

I hope certainly hope you find a way to compensate people that looses chips.
