You should get permission from the band Disturbed and make the disturbed character as a costume for psh, and possibly the cool karate looking suit thing David D. wears to concerts, you'd make money and extra exposure for Disturbed while they're no touring

I don't think it works that way, I think its Disturbed who have to step forward to Sony first, if they are interested in publicity on Playstation Home, Sony is not going to buy rights and do publicity for free for a band just because a one or two users want it.
At least this is how I think it works, makes more sence.

Being "disturbed" is in...... ever been to the Hub or Home Square lately on your NA or ur EU servers?....lots of Disdurbed types there!
