I have just checked my emails at work as i have been away for a few days and realised i have a redeem code for Home but it expired yesterday. I will obviously try it when i get home but has anyone used an expired code to download home. Im gutted, why couldnt they have given at least 10 days on this... I had one day of oppurtunity.!  that sucks.

The same has just happened to me and I told myself 'Why not give it a go?'. The code worked and I'm downloading Home right now. So I'd say give it a go once you get back to your place.

i had the same and thought why not give it a go and it worked - i'm now in home, i got my email yesterday too and have just downloaded and been on no probs....have just made a friend in germany too...

I just got mine too and am going to try to download but there is a software update i bet this kills my chance unless you guys did the update 1st too.

Some expired codes are still working? That's handy. I got my code (wasn't even waiting or expecting home) at the weekend. Several of my friends haven't been so lucky. But a family member of mine also got a code on sunday, but we didn't realise we had a code spare until today. Hope it still works, so I can pass it onto one of my friends. =) Worth a try anyway.

Awesome, thanks guys. Just tried the code on the download site and worked a treat. It added it to my transactions as you cant download it to pc so can now download when i get home,,, Life can be good sometimes.
