i finally got into my apartments today , didnt try the companion thing ,maybe all the early hours maintenance they been doing has sorted it

I couldn't visit mine or anybody else's personal space last night , is this fixed now ?

Well i was able to get into my apartments last night without an f13 error hope this is finally fixed

Sorry to bring bad news. It's not fixed, well for me at least it isn't. I tried going to the square F13 error, I tried an apartment F13 error, I tried it again with the companion trick and still got the error

any updates on tis error yet???? wen a fix is possible ???? for now my waiting for extra few minutes after landing at home sqaure .....then move on seems to work for me (me in hk) but still get some errors on that tho not as much with this method  i hav not tryed to do with campanion as yet thou is not  out of the question but would like some sort update on this error for a pernament fix thanks instead of all these workaorunds we have to put up with .....it should work without all this nonsence

if a mod can update us ......please some info neded on progress at least

Ok everyone, I hope this works for you as it did for me:

1. I deleted and reinstalled Home.

2. I cleared cache as soon as I got back on.

3. I changed cache size to 5G when I got back on again.

4. Then I opened a companion and went to an apartment - it worked.

All other apartments are ok too, I even tried without a companion at this point, and it also worked.

Try this out and please post your results....good luck everyone, hope this works for you all.

  Tack goes out the window after how many weeks of this nonsense?  Were on week five and counting if you didn't notice. That will be the day someone even tries to slap me my friend. I not going to answer all of the fanboys here. You have too many full stops.  Where are you from, SHUT UP...

Yeah because that kind of talk is really going to get them to help you. Theres such a thing as tact, manners and patience which you seem to lack all three.

People like you are whats wrong with gamers these days and why staff dont read certain threads. You wouldnt talk like that to someone in the street as it's likely to get you a slap.

I'm sure they will fix it in time. It's unfortunate that its broken down now but it is still a fairly useable service so just be patient, relax and talk to others how you would like to be talked to yourself.

In the early hours of this morning I visited Aurora and Granzella's Island, after that I tried one of my apartments. It worked, I got in. However I logged out of ps home and then realized I forgot to place something in that apartment. I tried to get in, F13.

After about 20 times trying I am still unable to access any of my apartments. The screen freezes at the last second of the loading screen, and then I see an F13 error. I only get it when trying to access my apartments, which is highly frustrating. I for one very much enjoy decorating apartments, that is the main reason why I am on ps home. However, I've experienced so many D and F errors now that I'm getting more afraid my apartment files might be getting corrupted or something.

Today is maintainance. Please guys... find and solve this issue, once and for all.

com on ...the apartments are nearly impossible to get into now becous of this ......

i think sum free item / game is in order .......as this seems to be one error after another

I dont think we will get an item or a game. Errors in a beta program are all part of the course, so Sony dont really owe us anything.
