The Home boards here on the Official Playstation Community Forums have always been the outcast as far as regular forum goers go, however, at once it was the most tight knitted group of likeminded people out of all the boards.
But, with Home changing, for the better or worse, that's everyone own opinion, it segregated the community here, and brought upon itself a tremendous transition of pain and suffering for those who wanted a peaceful place to chat about Home and it's going-ons without having to use the ... 'wonderful' service 
Now, however, with this almost entirely new set of Homelings there seems to be something rattling in the cogs. I won't go into the details of who or what is causing this and that, as you may well know, I have migrated from these boards, and don't know who now is king/queen of said boards, or who is the tormenter, who is the clown, who is the helper and who are the lurkers, however from past experience I can safely say that this board is of the most welcoming and friendly nature when everyone comes together.
Maybe those days are gone, but even now, in this thread there is light-hearted banter and an aura of friendliness, even General Discussion lords are peeking in.
So for the sake of keeping the Home boards, the place to feel at home... for each and every one of you splendid individuals (except you alt. accounts, you still only count as one splendid individual, you know who you are ) And just to make poor little LordRoss' job a little easier (he's still the noob moderator, no matter what anyone says) give everyone else a friendly pat on the back, sit around... ... whatever... monument is the now go to place in Home to relax by... does it include fish? I don't know, but go there, look into the other avatars, strangely jittering eyes, blow them a kiss, if you still can, might be removed for sexual purposes 
and have some fun in the FarCry 2 space... again, I'm not so sure you still can, probably should check it out at some point...

...You have the upperhand other boards don't here, you live twice, you have the real you, and the avatar you, express both sides how you like, but on the forums, make it the better side of you...
I know mine was the avatar side, as I'm an absolute ass in real life.

I was wondering where you was when I came back to check out these boards. I see you followed suit in migrating elsewhere I echo everything that you said. These boards were/are quite a friendly sect. of the forum, even if people were complaining a lot of the time, they were respectful about it. And I think things should stay that way.

As long as there are forums, there will be fights. Fights burst all the time for several different reasons in any place of the Internet.. but every Internet user knows this. In my eyes the reasons for MOST the fights I see here are due to the fact that some of the Home board forumees like to 'talk' about others behind their back, among several other things such as toughts like 'I r famouz becuz I use teh f0rumZ!!11 XDD' this results in childish fights between users on Home, these fights later then spread to the forums, resulting in a huge cyber-drama roller-coaster thread. With all honesty, I have never seen a community so full of self-centered / egocentric people on the Internet like this. This is why I prefer to hang out with other people when I'm on Home instead of forum users (good thing that there are exceptions though).

I dont know where all these comments from the old lot who dont post here so much are coming from, it all sounds like home square version 1 syndrome to me. 'Cor it was much better back in the day when it was all fields and rainbows etc' There has ALWAYS been fighting on here, its the nature of the beast. Someone expresses a view, someone disagrees, original poster counters due to butt hurt at being challenged yadda yadda yadda.Its always been that way so dont listen to the dinosaurs in their rose tinted spectacles who slunk off when their cliques became extint. The only real difference now is that forum fights have become more personal due to grudges on home spilling over here. One way to solve that is to give a few people a smack on the nose with the ban hammer for pushing their luck with the house rules, myself included. That is all I have to say on the matter, oh yeah and I despise you all

Arguing in your own thread if subject related = tolerable.
Bringing personal dramas into other people's threads = unacceptable.
