Got Twitter? Follow @PSHomeEU and when they reach 10,000 followers everyone gets this:

I thought they had reached that and was looking for my code for ages.

They're only at 7,763 so this could take a while. I thought they would have been only a few hundred away as most people usually are when they do things like this. Clearly they're a lot more optomistic about how soon they'll reach their goal

i mean like surel it would be a generic code for all?

I'm assuming it'll be a generic one they'll tweet. Failing that I can see it arriving in an email or DM.

I'm semi-sure you have to be following someone for you to DM them (I know for definite that you can't DM someone who isn't following you) which isn't going to work. Especially not with protected accounts.

They'll probably just release a code, so it doesn't matter if you're on twitter or not - everyone will get it.
