Hey guys, I thought it would be a great idea if you culd buy something from the store and could gift it to a friend if you wanted to, or just trade clothes andother items in general.

For example, you could swap T-shirts that you've won, and give gifts on Valentines day (Awwwwwwwwww) lol.

What do you guys think? x

That a great idea sony should take notes of what nintendo doing with its (Give a gift) thu the shopping channel, give a full game gift to your loveone or friend on they birthday, it is region lock tho.

Sony won't implement it as they will lose too much money. Think about it, you could spend £1 on a tshirt and give it to 50 friends. Sony will have lost £50.

Though I think it's a good idea nevertheless.

Well maybe there was an option to gift at at the point of purchase, and you only get 1 of the item, so once it's given away it's gone x

with the wii gift you of couse have to pay say like ff4-after years (800 wii points) & you send to a other person that a other 800, they not loseing money they gaining money.

Great idea, although i was thinking if you could do the Gift thing also for games etc.

First off, I wonder what it is that PinkPrincess is planning on buying me!!

This is a good idea.  It's another thing that is so simple, and yet, effective.

This idea, if used by one-off codes and Ivan's idea about the code re-deeming machines in Home are two things that I like the sound of, and would go well together.  However, I would much rather have the feeling of coming on, and being told that I got a present from [username] rather than having to type out a code. 

SCEE should like this idea as well, because it generates income and keeps people in Home.  Not saying that they are money hungry.  But, it would help with the cash flow I guess.

Sounds pretty good I've had this idea for another game (MGO) but it'd probably make more sense on Home and maybe a trade-in system too.. just because I don't like t-shirts so if you're getting me a gift, I'll have furniture and hmm, a pool table maybe? Also a bunch of pets.
