I believe it's from the Creek Falls apartment in good ol' US of A Fury. You'll need a yanky friend for that one ; )

I just recently got it from a friend that had the space on her NA account, so yes you can still get if. 

I’m also trying to find someone that may have the Yeti vs Hunters space in their favorites, as I wanted to get the balance of the outfit from that space and I can’t find it anywhere in the navi?  I have a few nice spaces in my faves that are not in the navi and would be willing to trade.

Yes the Animated tree in the plant pot reward is from Creek Falls and it can be rewarded to EU just get an invite to the Apartment and go to the safe box thingy.
