Re: Here's why Home rocks...

Just be polite, I run around waving to everyone like when I use to when I was a kid, (well I still am a kid), I think politeness and manners go a long way!

I started dancing with other avatars that were dancing, it's really fun, I play chess, but I'm afraid I'll get thrashed, I want to play a casual player like myself.

Re: Here's why Home rocks...

I found something quite amusing but I'm ashamed to have discovered it.

If you use the Extra option Boo your character moves forward and waves his hands in a supposedly scarey way.

But if you stand two feet in front of a woman directly facing her and press Boo you lean forward and your hands wave right in front of her breasts, lol.

I did it to someone yesterday while they were dancing and they said:
"**** you" and ran away, lol.

Sorry whoever that was, I just thought it was hilarious that someone added a boob-tweaking action.

See my website, it's a bit out of date though...

Re: Here's why Home rocks...

Home seems pretty empty now, hopefully pick up again the weekend, especially if there is an update this week.

Well I love it, listening to other peoples convos, the humour in some. Just chilling out and getting to know people better is cool.
And I can now talk to my friends that have all moved away.

The IGN PlayStation team are actually a bunch of really credible and fair guys.

What they had to say about Home is true. I don't think anyone can argue with what they had to say about it.

If you look back at the first thread about this "acticle", i did argue with it citing the following reason. On the first page, about a third of the way down they compare Home with NXE, stating that NXE is better than Home. At that point i lost the will to keep reading. I dont know of any PS3 owner who would compare the two, or even go on to say that Home in inferior. NXE is a GUI upgrade, Home is a social network. They are completely different. The only 2 things they share is that they are both on consoles and came out in the same year.

Anyone who makes such a fundamantaly stupid arguement clearly has both feet in the 360 camp and is therefore uncapable of writing a balanced critique of anything PS3 related, let alone Playstation Home.
