Just go to the PlayStaion Store on your PS3 and click on the 'Redeem Code' icon at the top right.

Hey, I have been trying for a while now and on several days to try and get this code. Im giving up now as every single time I go to the page or refresh it I get a 'The connection has timed out' error. If anyone has a spare code they could send me in a message I would be really Grateful. Thanks. Stephanie xxxxxx

Didn't you get your code in a e-mail. Check your "spam-folder" it might be waiting for you there.

I got my code in e-mail, aswell as from the website. Probably due to the issues with the site.
