Unfortunatley i do not feel safe from false reports...

I recieved a 24 hour PSN ban for glitching on Playstation Home...

I have never glicthed! and in the email sent to me by SCEE they were treating me like some sort of criminal!

How do i know it was a false report, you might ask?

Well i was sat on the bench in home square, i was apparently sat on a spot or glitchers to get up onto some trees, me sitting there prevented them and about 4 or 5 all reported me! i wasnt bothered because "im safe from false reports"

Since the beginning of July I have been unable to report anyone as each time I try it says server error. I pm'd MusterBuster about this on the 5th July and have received no response. A friend of mine is now having the same problem. Can someone please advise me on this matter as I am sick of having to put up with abuse on Home and having no way of reporting it.

Even if it says server error, the report goes through to moderation

The same thing happens elsewhere. A Home Manager or Moderator confirmed that reports do go through even with the "server error" message. I get that all the time, yet many of the people I have reported are no longer a part of this community or they have changed their ways.
