while i appreciate that the moderators are out there. i can't help but feel a little disappointed in the way things are handled.

i am constantly getting harrassed and some times even abused. i report those doing it but nothing seems to get done.

i know i am not the only person that feels like this. i also know that certain things have to be investigated, but shouldnt there be a system in place that we can talk direct to moderator, cos if there is... i dont know how to go about it.

my block list is quite full, can it overflow? lol

could the playstation change my region because i want to go to playstation home

I was wondering if it is a good idea on ps home to be able to switch the time in your personal space. For example, press start, personal, change personal space, time and then have a list of hours if the day like 1 am, 2 am, 3 am, 4 am, 5 am, 6 am, 7 am and going all the way to midnight

No you cannot change you're region because then you'd be lying and it isn't allowed on the Terms and Conditions of PSN. Whatever details you enter into PSN must be correct and once entered you will have access to the content permitted on you're account in you're area.
