Re: Home Navigator Feedback

Personally I do enjoy shopping by walking in the Mall from one shop to the next, more enjoyable form of retail therapy i guess, but the option to purchase something direct from the Navigator is very usefull.

As you mentioned, when decorating, but also when seeing a new top for sale, you can easily and quickly get changed in your (lag free) apartment to see if it really does go well with those pants or skirt.

There's a few things I would like on the navigator:

1- Ability to sort my personal spaces if possible, when you have 40+ spaces and the one you want to go to one that is a the bottom of the list, it's a little annoying, if full ability to sort as we like is not possibly how about putting the recently visited ones at the top?

2- Ability to search all stores and items via the navigator without having to go to the Malls, like other regions already have.

3- More slots for favourites, 20 is not a lot.

That's all I can think for now.

Thanks. :catwink:

Re: Home Navigator Feedback

I’ll vote for the grid style suggestion made by Mermaid-KT.  It was much easier to locate spaces back then.

And how about:

1. Putting the date last visited in the description field, so you can quickly see the last time you visited a particular space.

2. The option to automatically download spaces in the background that you have flagged a favorites, so they are always available to you.

3. Ability to shop directly from the navigator just like in NA

I'd love if it would be possible to optionally change the navigator into the old World Map from 2009. ^^

Could you consider having a grid style Navigator again when looking for a specific space, similar to how it was a few years ago. Scrolling one at a time takes longer now that there are so many spaces, as a grid would allow us to see more locations on screen, and by means of left/right & up/down, we'll be able to locate them quicker.

Thankyou :smileyhappy:

I agree. I would like the world map back with some organisation to it to find things easier.

Re: Home Navigator Feedback

A few things;

First off, I'd like the option to theme the navigator. It's not an essential, but it'd be nice to have the Retro Home menus and sounds, then be able to swap back to the new navigator at will :smileyhappy:

Next up, I'd like a search function to be added to the Spaces. Scrolling to the Xi Museum is a chore in it's own right and I should really get a medal for going there :smileytongue:

I'd like spaces to be organised similar to the XMB, (press square to toggle sorting method), that way they could be sorted by developer, a-z,z-a, release date, or manually put in folders :smileyhappy:

Also, I'd like a PSVita instead of a PDA because I'm special like that :smileyhappy:

Re: Home Navigator Feedback

  • All stores accessible from the navigator
  • Default apartment always to be shown on top of the apartments list
  • Ability to favorite apartments
  • Last Visited Spaces Tab (where your last 30 visited spaces appear) under Clubs tab
  • Change the navigator background from the colour to a picture when hovering over a space. Kinda like a preview.
  • Keep the current xcross layout and keep the same tab order.

Re: Home Navigator Feedback

Reduce the animated graphics and resources on the Navigator, however trivial the amount saved will be. The service internationally is for 13+, 14+, 16+, 18+ I'm sure they'd appreciate a more simplistic, matured theme and a smoother Navigator :smileyhappy:

I'm pretty sure you need to be 16 to use Home. The childish parts of it seem pointless to me and a bit wasteful. Sleeker, faster and simpler to use would be really nice :smileyhappy:
